Return, Repair, & Refund Policy


Returns & Repairs:

As our items are mainly custom made specifically for you-- we only accept returns for repair if the item shipped out to you does not match the product on your invoice. (ie: wrong size or wrong design)

Our policy lasts for only 30 days after your receive the item, after which any repairs, adjustments, etc. will have a corresponding fee.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping fee of your returned items.

 

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for our items, as they have been customized for you. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can help find a solution for you.
