Your dibs on the stone will ONLY be finalized once the 1,000 reservation fee has been made within 30 minutes. If no payment has been made within 30 minutes, your reservation will be given to the next person.
Your reservation fee is non-refundable but will be deductible from your total. ✨
Gentle Reminders:
- Gemstone colors may look different from the photos due to lighting conditions, monitor differences, etc. If you are looking for a highly specific gemstone color, don't participate in this drop!
- On the slight chance that your claimed stone becomes damaged, we will replace the stone at our own discretion with the same type and carat of stone.
- Failure to send your planned setting for the stone within 30 days from payment will result in a forfeiture of your production slot, and we will then ship your claimed stone to you for free (within the PH!). Should you eventually decide to have this stone set with us, we will no longer be able to deduct the reservation fee from your balance.
